Why we do this
Flowerpup started for one reason: to help people live with the loss of a pet. Most of the portraits I paint are for someone who is not coming back, and I know what that photo costs to look at.
So I take my time. I paint one at a time, I send you the artwork before anything is printed, and I keep going until it looks like them. If it never does, you do not pay for a print you did not want.

What if it doesn't look like my pet?
You see the artwork before it is printed. Ask for changes as many times as you need. Nothing goes to print until you say yes.
My photo isn't great. Is that a problem?
Usually not. Send what you have. If we cannot work with it, we will write to you and ask for another one before we start.
How long does the whole thing take?
Your preview arrives in 48 to 72 hours. Once you approve it, the printed canvas takes 5 to 7 working days.
Can I put two or more pets on one canvas?
Up to five, each from its own photo, on the same canvas. Pick the number before you upload.
Can you include someone who has passed away?
Yes. Pets and people can share the same portrait. Send a photo of each.
